Sonneur was designed by Edwin Hermann. It is a well featured web-based virtual ringing program that allows remote ringing with fellow bellringers, or individual practice, with the software ringing one or more bells automatically. 

Sonneur is housed on servers in the UK, USA and Australia. Go to the one nearest you and explore the Demo Version by following one of these links. For the full version, a subscription costs 9GBP per year.
